In the Afghan province of Daikundi, nine security forces of the deposed Afghan government were executed without trial by Taliban fighters, despite having surrendered.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There are still many people stuck in Afghanistan who want to leave the country<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiegel.de\/ausland\/afghanistan-taliban-wollen-wieder-paesse-ausgeben-a-cb10202f-b4ea-4c8b-81ec-4f34dc157b2c\">. Its chairman Marcus Grotian complains that the borders remain closed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In an open letter, NGOs had asked the Ministry of the Interior for help for threatened Afghans. The response: a collection of text modules. By far the largest item was the military.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>More than two months after the end of the airlift from Kabul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rheinpfalz.de\/politik\/rheinland-pfalz_artikel,-rund-9000-afghanen-auf-us-st%C3%BCtzpunkten-in-deutschland-_arid,5261353.html\">there are still more than 9000 Afghans on US army bases in Germany.<\/a>. They are housed in Ramstein and in a US Army facility in Kaiserslautern.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.10.2021<\/strong>: <strong>Local forces threatened with homelessness in Germany +++ Attack in front of mosque in Kabul +++ Kramp-Karrenbauer receives rejection from almost all parliamentary groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fr.de\/politik\/drohung-mit-obdachlosigkeit-91029331.html\">The Bamf is accused of urging local Afghan workers to apply for asylum, although they can also obtain a residence permit. <\/a>The second offers the possibility to work directly, not to be accommodated in collective accommodation and to apply for a permanent settlement permit after five years. The local workers are now even threatened with homelessness.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesschau.de\/ausland\/kabul-anschlag-237.html\">At least five people have been killed in an explosion outside a mosque in Kabul, according to the Taliban.<\/a> A mourning ceremony for the mother of a high-ranking Taliban official was held in the place of worship. According to other reports, at least 12 people were killed and more than 32 injured in the attack.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The federal government has completely failed to evacuate local forces. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-online.de\/nachrichten\/deutschland\/innenpolitik\/id_90911142\/aufarbeitung-des-afghanistan-debakels-akk-kassiert-korb-von-fast-allen-fraktionen-.html\">Defence Minister Kramp-Karrenbauer now wanted to deal with this quickly in a conference.<\/a> Several parliamentary groups in the Bundestag, including the Greens, have rejected this. We want the new Bundestag to be constituted first and then the open questions to be dealt with intensively.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The police station in police district number 10, in Kabul. &#8222;This police station was financed with public money from the Federal Republic of Germany&#8220;, is written in German in capital letters on a sign. However, the Taliban police officers here cannot say anything more about this, the station was built about 18 years ago, when most of them were still children. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesschau.de\/ausland\/asien\/afghanistan-taliban-189.html\">tagesschau.de was on patrol with the Taliban police. <\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a remote mountainous region, the Taliban's rule has dramatic consequences: The most powerful ethnic group, the Pashtuns, are taking homes from their Shiite neighbors. Six activists had demanded the return of girls to secondary schools in front of a school in Kabul. The Taliban broke up the rally with gunfire.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/taz.de\/Afghanische-Gefluechtete-in-Griechenland\/!5800829\/\">Greek government keeps out protection seekers from Afghanistan and other countries<\/a> - with legal tricks, deterrence, undignified conditions and serious human rights violations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrw.org\/news\/2021\/10\/01\/afghanistan-taliban-severely-restrict-media\">The Taliban are abolishing freedom of the press.<\/a> At a meeting with journalists in Kabul in late September, the Taliban's Ministry of Information and Culture distributed media regulations whose provisions are so broad and vague that they effectively ban any critical reporting on the Taliban.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In Herat, the Taliban have arrested the young journalist Morteza Samadi.
